About the Role

CoreVoice is a marketing company that works with tech and deep-tech startups to help them communicate better, grow faster, and build lasting brands. We work closely with founders and leadership teams — translating complex technology into clear, creative, and effective marketing.

We’re looking for an AI & SaaS Marketing Lead — someone who will take full ownership of marketing for our AI and SaaS clients. You’ll work directly with founders and leadership teams at fast-growing startups, helping them define their market narrative, sharpen their GTM strategy, and run marketing that drives real business outcomes.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role — ideal for someone who enjoys operating like a startup marketing head, but with the creative and breadth of an agency environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead marketing for AI and SaaS clients end-to-end — from strategy to execution. Partner closely with founders to clarify positioning, messaging, and brand direction.
  • Create and oversee integrated marketing programs — spanning brand, content, digital, and campaign execution.
  • Drive measurable results across awareness, acquisition, and retention channels.
  • Manage multiple clients, ensuring each engagement delivers clear value and forward motion.
  • Collaborate deeply with CoreVoice’s design, content, and performance teams to bring ideas to life.

What You Bring

  • 4–8 years of B2B marketing experience in AI, SaaS, or technology-focused companies.
  • Strong foundation in strategy, storytelling, and go-to-market execution.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-channel marketing programs that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies and a knack for translating complex ideas into clear, compelling communication.
  • Entrepreneurial drive — you enjoy taking ownership and seeing ideas through.
  • Collaborative mindset — you thrive in fast-moving, creative environments.

Our Application Process

  1. Email Round — Send us your application by email with answers to the short questions listed at the end of the JD. This helps us get a sense of your thinking, creativity, and communication style — beyond just a résumé.
  2. Phone Call —  If your profile resonates, you’ll have a quick call with a CoreVoice leader or founder. We’ll use this time to understand your experience and what kind of work energises you. You can also use it to ask questions you have about the company and the role. 
  3. In-Office Interview — Next, we’ll invite you to meet us, and spend a day with us. There will be an assignment, which may require you to work with one/more of us. We get to assess your work style and you get to see our culture in action.
  4. Founder Interview — The final conversation is about you — your aspirations, your long-term goals, and how CoreVoice can help you grow. This round ensures we’re aligned on what success means for both of us.
